Job Summary
Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services and case management within skilled nursing/assisted living facilities. Collaborate with licensed clinicians to develop individualized treatment plans, deliver crisis-prevention and behavioral health interventions, train facility staff on client triggers and de-escalation techniques, ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, and maintain open communication with facility staff and administration to support residents’ day-to-day functioning and quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling or marriage and family therapy
- Licensed Professional Counselor license or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in state of practice
- Eligibility for license in state of practice
