Job Summary
Telehealth-based Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist role focused on delivering assessments, evidence-based therapy, and collaborative treatment planning for diverse couples and families. Partner with psychiatrists and cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated, patient-first care and thorough EHR documentation to meet clinical and insurance standards. Full-time, remote position with nationwide behavioral health delivery; requires licensure and active practice. Located in Nashville, TN per posting.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) license or equivalent
- Licensed to practice psychotherapy in the state
- Telehealth or remote therapy experience
- Ability to conduct assessments and create treatment plans
- Documentation in EHR to meet clinical and insurance standards
- Collaboration with psychiatrists and cross-functional teams
- Commitment to inclusive, patient-first care
- Experience delivering evidence-based therapy to diverse couples and families
Desired Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent
- Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LC-MFT) license
- Experience delivering telehealth-based therapy to couples and families
- Experience conducting clinical assessments and developing collaborative treatment plans
- Proficiency with EHR documentation and insurance standards
- Ability to coordinate with psychiatrists and cross-functional teams
- Strong commitment to inclusive, patient-first care
- Evidence-based therapy practice (e.g., CBT, IPT, or structurally similar approaches)
- Excellent written and communication skills
