Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist needed for a remote, telehealth-based, full-time role delivering evidence-based therapy to diverse couples and families. Responsible for conducting assessments, providing therapy, and creating collaborative treatment plans, while documenting in our EHR to meet clinical and insurance standards. Partners with psychiatrists and cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated, patient-first care. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinician with LMFT licensure (Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist) in good standing
- Ability to provide telehealth-based therapy to couples and families
- Experience with evidence-based therapy modalities for couples and family therapy
- Proficiency with EHR documentation meeting clinical and insurance standards
- Ability to collaborate with psychiatrists and cross-functional teams
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
