Job Summary
Deliver telehealth-based clinical psychotherapy as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) for diverse couples and families. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing evidence-based therapy, developing and updating collaborative treatment plans, and thorough documentation in our EHR to meet clinical and insurance standards. Collaborate with psychiatrists and cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated, patient-first care for nationwide behavioral health access. Requires strong clinical skills in couples and family therapy, documentation accuracy, and a commitment to inclusive care.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) license or equivalent
- Active and unrestricted clinical license in the state of New York or eligible
- Experience delivering evidence-based therapy to couples and families
- Telehealth-based service delivery experience
- Strong documentation skills and proficiency with EHR systems
- Ability to collaborate with psychiatrists and cross-functional teams
- Commitment to inclusive, patient-first care
