Job Summary
Deliver telehealth-based therapy to diverse couples and families across a nationwide scope, conducting assessments, providing evidence-based therapy, and creating collaborative treatment plans. Document in the EHR to meet clinical and insurance standards. Collaborate with psychiatrists and cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated, patient-first care in a remote, full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license or eligible for licensure in the relevant state
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Proven experience delivering evidence-based therapy to couples and families
- Ability to conduct assessments and create collaborative treatment plans
- Experience documenting in an EHR and meeting clinical/insurance standards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with psychiatrists and cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a telehealth, remote setting
- Commitment to inclusive, patient-centered care
- Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
- Ability to manage a caseload and maintain clinical documentation standards
