Job Summary
Deliver telehealth-based psychotherapy to diverse couples and families in a remote, full-time role. Conduct assessments, provide evidence-based therapy, and create collaborative treatment plans while documenting in our EHR to meet clinical and insurance standards. Partner with psychiatrists and cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated, patient-first behavioral health care nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) or equivalent license
- Licensed to practice therapy in relevant state(s)
- Experience delivering telehealth psychotherapy
- Ability to conduct assessments, provide evidence-based therapy, and create collaborative treatment plans
- Experience documenting in EHRs and coordinating with psychiatrists/commercial teams
