Job Summary
Deliver telehealth-based therapy to diverse couples and families; conduct assessments; provide evidence-based therapy; create collaborative treatment plans; document in our EHR to meet clinical and insurance standards; partner with psychiatrists and cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated, patient-first care; join a mission-driven, fast-growing organization expanding access to behavioral health nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker OR Licensed Mental Health Counselor OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist per state licensure
- Current state license as LMFT (Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist) or equivalent
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field from an accredited program
- Ability to provide telehealth services
- Experience delivering evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Familiarity with EHR documentation and billing practices
- Strong collaboration skills with psychiatrists and cross-functional teams
- Commitment to inclusive, patient-centered care
