Job Summary
Deliver telehealth-based assessment and evidence-based therapy to diverse couples and families in a remote, full-time role. Conduct assessments, provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families, and develop collaborative treatment plans while documenting in our EHR to meet clinical and insurance standards. Partner with psychiatrists and cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated, patient-first care, contributing to nationwide behavioral health access.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) license or equivalent
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or closely related field
- Active state license to practice as a clinician
- Experience delivering evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families (telehealth preferred)
- Proficiency with EHR documentation and clinical reporting
- Ability to collaborate with psychiatrists and cross-functional teams
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Commitment to telehealth service delivery and nationwide access
