Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) (No Associates) - Remote

Licensed mental health professionals (LCPC/LCMFT/LCSW-C) are invited to join Rula as contracted providers in a telehealth network serving Maryland. The role offers 1099 contracting with schedule autonomy, no minimum caseloads, and emphasis on delivering client care while Rula handles credentialing with insurers, billing/claims, EHR, and related admin. Compensation is $90 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed semi-monthly direct deposit. The position supports remote work via telehealth, requires Maryland licensure and ability to provide virtual sessions, and includes access to provider referrals, ongoing clinical development, and CEU resources. Responsibilities center on delivering high-quality therapy to individuals, couples, and families, maintaining licensure, credentialing, and leveraging Rula’s admin support to focus on clinical care.
