Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and lead interdisciplinary case reviews to evaluate developmental, behavioral, and relational functioning. Provide hands-on clinical supervision through regular home and community visits, observing sessions and offering real-time feedback to ensure fidelity to the Positive Development model. Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor client progress through data, and update goals as clinically indicated. Deliver family coaching and education sessions virtually and in-person to strengthen caregiver capacity, while coordinating community-based sessions to generalize skills. Complete all required clinical documentation, including assessments, supervision logs, and reauthorization reports, within mandated timeframes. Identify clinical risks and escalate appropriately through established channels.
Required Qualifications
