Licensed Clinical Jewish Youth Mentoring Case Manager

Case Manager for Bellefaire JCB’s Jewish Youth Mentoring Program. Responsibilities include providing supportive supervision to mentors, mentees, and guardians; maintaining mentoring matches through the life cycle; collaborating with program staff to ensure timely program and match support; attending and supporting program events; ensuring compliance with program standards and licensing requirements; handling administrative tasks such as record keeping, meetings, and documentation; serving as a resource and advocate for Bellefaire JCB to appropriate community services; contributing to clinical records in accordance with licensing and accreditation standards. Evening and weekend availability is expected to maintain contact with matches and program events. Requires collaboration within a professional team and professional conduct with youth and families; training and licensure must be kept current.
