Job Summary
Part-time Case Manager to support Bellefaire JCB’s Foster Youth Mentoring Program. Responsibilities include maintaining contact with caseload and providing monthly support, supervising mentors and mentees, ensuring program standards, handling administrative tasks (record keeping, meetings, documentation), serving as a resource and advocate, and contributing to the clinical record in line with licensing and accreditation standards. Flexibility to work some weekends/evenings to maintain mentorship matches.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work
- Valid Ohio LSW or LPC
- Experience with children, adolescents and their families, experience with the foster care system is a plus
- Ability to perform job responsibilities with initiative and independent judgment
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Agency computer systems and software
- Practical and creative problem solving skills
