Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and facilitate individual and group counseling sessions focused on recovery and behavior change. Maintain thorough documentation of treatment progress, modify plans based on clinical feedback, and respond to crises with immediate support. Collaborate with medical providers, case managers, and community partners to ensure holistic patient care, while participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and advocating for patients within the treatment system. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Addiction Counseling, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Current and unrestricted state licensure to practice independently as a behavioral health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred
- Proficiency in evidence-based counseling practices and treatment planning
- Strong communication skills and the ability to foster trust and rapport
- Familiarity with ethical, regulatory, and confidentiality standards in behavioral health
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a treatment team
