Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Coordinator for Survivor Services leads JJPI’s trauma-focused outpatient program, supervising a multidisciplinary team, ensuring clinical records and productivity standards are met, providing supervision to clinicians and students, and delivering expert trauma treatments (e.g., TF-CBT, PE, DBT) through telehealth and in-person services. The role includes administrative leadership, program development, staff training, collaboration with intake and evaluation, and participation in marketing, DEI initiatives, and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology or social work
- Licensed in Pennsylvania as a professional counselor (LPC), clinical social worker (LCSW), marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or psychologist
- Five or more years of relevant post-degree clinical experience
- At least one year of experience related to clinical operations
- Minimum of five years of experience providing trauma treatment
- Minimum of two years of experience providing supervision/training/consultation to clinicians/students
- Training in evidence-based practice a must
