Job Summary
Conduct multidisciplinary behavioral health assessments and provide psychological and memory care services in skilled nursing facilities across Northern Virginia. Deliver cutting-edge care to residents at two facilities daily, requiring a maximum one-hour commute between sites. Collaborate with a friendly, team-oriented staff to ensure the highest level of quality patient care while participating in an excellent mentoring environment for professional growth. Requires a current LCSW license and at least one year of experience.
