Job Summary
Licensed Client Service Administrator providing licensed administrative support to Cornerstone Financial Group. Acts as a resource to Financial Advisors and clients, handling inquiries, researching information, and supporting daily practice operations such as phones, CRM data entry (Salesforce), and preparation of financial plans and presentations. Responsibilities include updating client information, processing client requests, responding to inquiries, finalizing account paperwork, assisting with transfers, maintaining suitability data, generating performance reports, and supporting client meetings. Requires familiarity with securities and/or life/health/annuity registrations, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with business tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce). Additional duties as assigned by Lead Advisor. The role may be office-based in Columbus, OH with consideration for a remote arrangement for the right fit. Background verification/FBI fingerprinting required for FINRA-related activities. Thrivent messaging and compliance considerations are noted within the company context.
Required Qualifications
- Securities (6/63, 7/66, or 7/63 & 65) or Life, Health, and Annuity registration required
