Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy via telehealth and face-to-face sessions to a diverse client base including children, adolescents, and couples. Manage a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing while maintaining 30 hours of weekly availability. Utilize modern clinical technology and EHR tools to support measurable client progress. Work within a clinician-led community featuring live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and opportunities for paid supervision roles. Thriveworks handles all administrative tasks including credentialing, billing, and scheduling to allow clinicians to focus on care. Full-time clinicians earn up to $121,200 based on licensure and session volume, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed and living in Michigan
- LPC, LMFT, LMSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
