Job Summary
Conduct telehealth therapy sessions for the Medicaid population, managing your own caseload and treatment approach under full clinical autonomy. Perform thorough assessments to inform care strategies and craft effective, personalized treatment plans for clients. This role offers complete flexibility in work hours, appointment settings, and client load, supported by a team handling all administrative tasks including scheduling, billing, and insurance. You will practice independently from a quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, utilizing our robust referral network to build a diverse caseload.
Required Qualifications
- Valid, active LCSW-C or LCPC license in good standing in the state of Maryland
- Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Professional Counseling
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
- Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools
- A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions
- Fluency in English
- A solid grasp of mental health diagnoses
- Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans
- A collaborative spirit to work alongside clients in achieving their goals
- Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies
