Job Summary
The Auto Club Group is seeking a Field Insurance Service Representative to service existing insurance accounts and promote insurance, membership, and financial products. Responsibilities include conducting retention calls, processing applications, renewals, amendments, and billing questions; responding to customer inquiries and explaining product features and service advantages; presenting insurance proposals and rate quotations; taking payments and handling policy changes; referring relevant members to other lines of business; performing outbound service and promotional calls; and working in a collaborative team environment to drive insurance revenue and member satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- A Current Property & Casualty Insurance license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of Customer Service, Insurance and Membership training within 6 months of hire
- Knowledge and Skills: Insurance terminology; Underwriting procedures; Sales regulatory and compliance guidelines; Insurance Systems and/or membership systems (e.g., PPS, POS, IMS, IPM)
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced customer service environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Read, comprehend, and communicate clearly with the public
