Job Summary
Provide trauma-informed individual therapy to adolescents and young adults, primarily at Roca’s Chelsea site, with coordination/collaboration with Roca youth workers and collateral providers. Complete documentation including letters, assessments, referrals; ensure timely treatment plans, progress notes, and attendance/engagement tracking; attend regular meetings with the Assistant Director of Clinical Supports; track service hours and submit monthly invoices. Work setting is primarily on-site in Chelsea with potential mutually agreed remote work arrangements. Requires a Master’s degree and active Massachusetts clinical licensure with 2+ years post-licensure experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; CBT familiarity; background check and Mandated Reporter Training required.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in relevant human services field
- Active Massachusetts clinical licensure
- 2+ years of post-licensure experience in adolescent mental health
- Active professional liability insurance
- Background check required
- Mandated Reporter Training
- Experience with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) preferred
- Familiarity with child welfare and criminal justice systems preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
