Job Summary
Assist customers in both English and Spanish by phone, email, and in person regarding policies, billing, claims, renewals, and coverage options. Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and account updates accurately while conducting policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend additional products. Build long-term relationships through responsive, personalized service and follow up to ensure needs are met and strengthen client retention. Maintain accurate customer records using agency management systems and work closely with the team to deliver a seamless experience. Stay current on insurance products, carrier guidelines, and agency procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Fluent in English and Spanish
