Job Summary
Provide individual counseling to children, adults, and elderly remotely from a home office via telehealth; collaborate with an in-house psychiatrist and nurse practitioners; manage documentation in an electronic health records system; deliver prevention-oriented, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, or psychoanalytic therapies; develop and implement treatment plans; participate in credentialing and payer-related activities; and complete online EHR training. Flexible hours Monday–Friday 9:00 am–9:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am–5:00 pm with a minimum of 15–20 hours per week. Must hold a Master’s degree in mental/behavioral health or counseling and be licensed or clinically licensed; position supports supervision for licensure and is 100% virtual across Maryland. Responsibilities also include establishing communication with clients, assisting individuals with mental/behavioral issues, ensuring timely documentation, and collaborating with treatment providers.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree required
- Licensed or Clinically Licensed Professional required
- Remote/telehealth experience preferred
- Ability to provide individual counseling remotely via telehealth
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) system
