Job Summary
Behavioral Health Supervisor sought for Raleigh clinic to lead clinicians in delivering trauma-informed, whole-person care for substance use disorders. Lead and supervise therapists and case managers; manage clinician caseloads; provide individual and group therapy (in-person and via telehealth); perform biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using modalities such as CBT, MI, and DBT; collaborate with Medical Director, Peer Supervisor, and Operations to align clinical care with operations; support crisis intervention and coordinate higher levels of care; ensure thorough documentation and compliance; champion low-barrier, harm-reduction SUD care and foster strong relationships with patients and communities; role requires NC licensure and independent clinical supervision eligibility; prior experience with telehealth and knowledge of SUD diagnoses and treatment modalities is required or preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Independent licensure in North Carolina
- Meets all North Carolina board requirements to provide clinical supervision for associate-level clinicians
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to individuals with substance use disorders
- Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery is a plus
