Job Summary
Conduct patient assessments, establish therapy goals, and administer individual and group therapy for early adolescents. Maintain confidential records, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and provide community resource information. Collaborate directly with patients, families, physicians, and community providers to ensure active care from treatment initiation through discharge.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Counselor specializing in Mental Health credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Licensed Counselor specializing in Clinical Addiction credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Licensed Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Licensed Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or another related field
- Full clinical license LMHC, LCAC, LMFT, or LSW | LCSW
- Masters degree in behavioral health related field
- Associate license
- Monday thru Friday
- Day Shift
- Full time
