Job Summary
Conduct patient assessments, establish therapy treatment goals, and administer individual and group therapy at the Ascension Stress Center. Maintain thorough and confidential records, evaluate progress of interventions, and provide patients with community resource information. Collaborate directly with patients, families, physicians, and community providers to ensure active care from treatment initiation through discharge. Requires Indiana licensure as a Licensed Counselor, Social Worker, or Therapist with a Master's degree, working full-time day shifts Fridays through Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Counselor specializing in Mental Health credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Licensed Counselor specializing in Clinical Addiction credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Licensed Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Licensed Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field required
- FULL license as a LMHC, LCAC, LMFT, or LCSW is strongly preferred
- Previous expeirence working in Crisis Intake | Access preferred
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
