Job Summary
Design and direct individualized behavioral modification intervention plans for children, youth, and young adults with mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs. Conduct client assessments within 15 days of service initiation, including observations in school, community, or home settings. Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans that promote independence and community integration. Provide consultation on plan implementation issues and lead documented monthly peer reviews with a licensed psychologist. Revise intervention plans as needed while adhering to all paperwork guidelines and CASSP principles. This per diem role supports the IBHS program in the Philadelphia, PA area, focusing on school-based services for diverse behavioral health challenges.
