Job Summary

Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans while conducting in-person assessments to collect data on clients' behaviors and skill acquisition. Provide direct behavioral therapy skills trainings to Registered Line Technicians and supervise support staff, ensuring all documentation meets ethical and organizational standards. Monitor client progress to adjust intervention strategies and collaborate with families, caregivers, and educators to support client goals. Maintain current LBA/BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB and adhere to ethical guidelines. Requires a Master's degree, one year of experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and proficiency in data collection systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a current LBA/BCBA in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or related field
  • 1+ year of experience working with individuals with Austin Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities
  • 1+ year of experience working in school based services preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with data collection and analysis
  • Proficiency with electronic data recording system
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Background check
