Job Summary
As a Licensed Beauty Advisor at Sephora, drive store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services (makeup, waxing) and selling products; educate clients on trends and product knowledge; maintain licensure and uphold health/safety standards; promote inclusiveness and teamwork; flexible scheduling with defined weekly hours for Part Time roles (nights, weekends, holidays); must be licensed to perform waxing, makeup, and related services; strong client-service skills and ability to build lasting relationships; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds; thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- An active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are being performed
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment
- Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
