Job Summary
Licensed Beauty Advisor at Sephora in Raleigh, NC (Part Time). Provide makeup, waxing, and other beauty services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu; educate clients on trends and products; maintain licensure and hygiene standards; foster an inclusive, team-oriented store environment; adhere to Sephora policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience. Flexible scheduling with options for part-time (15-29 hrs/week), full-time (30-40 hrs/week), or flex (4-14 hrs/week); peak-hour availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or retail/hospitality/service environment
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment
- Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
