Job Summary
Licensed Beautician / Hairdresser needed for Clarksburg Healthcare Center (WV). Independently contracted, part-time position (1 day per week) with flexible scheduling and ability to set your own service charges. Responsibilities include performing beauty services for residents, maintaining cleanliness of the beauty shop, completing billing forms for services rendered, and delivering friendly, professional care to elderly residents. Requires licensed beautician in West Virginia, liability insurance, and strong communication skills; prior experience in healthcare or elderly care is preferred. The employer is CommuniCare Family of Companies, a family-owned provider of post-acute care across multiple states.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Beautician in the state of West Virginia
- Must have or be able to obtain liability insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience as a beautician or barber
- Prior experience in a healthcare facility or working with the elderly preferred
