Job Summary
Deliver exceptional haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services while building lasting relationships with clients from check-in to checkout. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and ensure compliance with all TDLR regulations and sanitation standards. Continue developing your skills through coaching and ongoing education. Work closing shifts and at least one weekend shift within a Monday through Sunday schedule. Required Qualifications
- Current Texas Barber License
- Strong haircutting, fading, and grooming skills
- A reliable, client-focused attitude
- A coachable mindset and willingness to continue learning
- Availability to work closing shifts and at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
