Job Summary
Diagnose vehicle malfunctions, perform repairs with accuracy, and complete approved service on customer vehicles. Test and adjust systems to manufacturer specifications while executing scheduled maintenance such as oil changes and tune-ups. Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements, maintaining mechanical equipment and operating company vehicles safely. Support customer relationships by responding to inquiries. Requires Licensed/Red Seal status, five years of experience, and strong communication skills. Regular day shifts with overtime opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed/Red Seal status in the Automotive Service Technician trade
- 5+ years of automotive experience
- Strong knowledge of automotive industry and skills required to provide mechanical service to our customers
- A diagnostic specialist that enjoys keeping up with modern technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to providing a superior customer experience
- Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and provide a satisfactory driver's abstract from province of residence on an annual basis
