Job Summary
Answer inbound calls regarding classic auto insurance quotes, policy service needs, and member assistance. Promote and sell insurance products while guiding customers through coverage recommendations and educating them on membership benefits. Advance sales opportunities from initial conversation through closing and assist with risk management for new and existing policies. Maintain accurate records and navigate multiple computer systems within a virtual desktop environment. Work Monday through Saturday with flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Live in Arizona, Florida, South Carolina, or Texas
- Proof of Active Personal Lines Insurance license OR Property & Casualty Insurance License
- 6+ months in a call-center experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of cars and/or interest in learning about cars
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
- Experience in a virtual desktop environment
- Distraction-free remote workspace
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to participate in virtual interviews using a computer with a working camera
- Must be able to complete Internet speed test
- Must be able to complete Background and drug screening
- Must be able to complete Employment verification
Desired Qualifications
- 2-3 year of inbound customer service experience
- Prior sales experience
- Prior experience with Five9
