Assist potential customers with their personal insurance needs via telephone and email by explaining policy and coverage options and benefits using a consultative sales approach in a fast paced and high-volume call center. Quote and sell various insurance policies to potential customers via telephone and email with multiple carriers and meet sales targets. Evaluate risk to accurately quote and recommend insurance carrier and coverage based on underwriting guidelines and customer needs while meeting quality goals. Build and maintain relationship with provided lead sources which may be internal or external. Organize and prioritize workload to meet team and company. Hybrid work schedule - 2 days in office after training.
