Job Summary
Assist potential customers with their personal insurance needs via telephone and email using a consultative sales approach in a fast-paced, high-volume call center. Quote and sell homeowners, renters, auto, small business, and other insurance products from multiple carriers; evaluate risk to quote and recommend coverage per underwriting guidelines; build and maintain relationships with lead sources; manage workload to meet sales targets and timelines; leverage company systems to track leads, tasks, and quotes; communicate effectively to explain policy options and benefits; contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven team culture. Education includes High School Diploma/GED and an active Property & Casualty license; prior sales experience and strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are valued. Hybrid work schedule with 2 days in office after training; growth opportunities and performance incentives highlighted.
