Job Summary
Conduct telehealth and face-to-face counseling sessions for clients across the country, including intakes and diagnoses according to the current DSM-5. Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to a diverse client base, including couples and children, while maintaining a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Work a hybrid model of 50% in-office and 50% remote, residing within 45 minutes of the Cherry Hill, NJ office location. Maintain 30 hours of weekly availability to support a minimum of 25 sessions with clients.
Required Qualifications
- Provisionally licensed as a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)
- Seeking independent licensure and living in New Jersey
- Reside within 45 minutes of the office location
- Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote)
- Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
- Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- Behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor
