Job Summary

Conduct compassionate, evidence-based counseling for clients with depression and anxiety, managing intakes, diagnoses, and treatment plans according to the DSM-5. Deliver care via a hybrid model of 50% in-office and 50% remote work, maintaining a minimum of 25 sessions weekly with availability from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing while utilizing modern clinical technology and telehealth tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Approved by the board as a LAC
  • Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Arizona
  • Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location
  • Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote)
  • A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
  • Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety
  • Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
  • A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
  • Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
  • Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
  • A good teammate
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
  • This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, either now or in the future

Desired Qualifications

  • Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor
