Job Summary
Support salon leadership with daily operations, team coordination, and scheduling while providing high-quality men's haircuts and grooming services. Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent client experience and foster a positive, team-focused salon culture. Handle opening and closing duties to maintain standards. This role requires an active NJ Cosmetology or Barber License and experience as a hair stylist or barber, with availability for evenings and weekends. Earn $23–$31 hourly including tips and bonuses at Sport Clips Haircuts of Lincoln Park.
Required Qualifications
- Active NJ (New Jersey) Cosmetology or Barber License
- Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men's cutting preferred)
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required)
