Job Summary
Assist in overall salon management and supervise daily operations while providing guidance and development to hair stylists and coordinators. Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction, and collaborate with the Salon Manager to achieve revenue and sales goals. Support recruiting, training, and onboarding of new team members while staying updated on industry trends to share knowledge with the staff. Maintain a positive environment for both clients and team members. This role requires a licensed cosmetology or barber professional with previous leadership experience, offering above-average pay plus tips, benefits, and flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- A valid state cosmetology or barber license
