Licensed Assistant Salon Manager

Support salon leadership with daily operations, team coordination, and scheduling. Coach stylists to deliver a consistent client experience while assisting with opening/closing duties and salon standards. Provide high-quality men's haircuts and grooming services to maintain the MVP standard. Foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture. This role requires an active Wisconsin Cosmetology or Barber License and experience as a hair stylist or barber, with previous leadership experience preferred.
