Job Summary
Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of residential and commercial appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, and stoves; conduct routine inspections of appliances to identify and address potential problems; respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance; order necessary parts and manage job-related inventory; provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Must be an experienced professional
- Minimum 2 years of experience in appliance repair work
- Own tools and reliable vehicle (truck, van, or SUV)
- Must be able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
- EPA Certification is required for technicians working on refrigeration systems
- Must complete a brief onboarding with a vendor representative before receiving work
- Strong professionalism, punctuality, and communication skills
- Must have necessary job tools for a wide range of appliance repair tasks
