Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Various Locations

Job Summary
Lead and support aircraft maintenance planning and execution, ensuring all assets remain mission-ready through preventative inspections every 100 or 200 operational hours. Champion safety and quality by contributing to audits, continuous improvement, and strengthening safety culture across the engineering team. Mentor and develop national engineers, apprentices, and AMEs through hands-on guidance, feedback, and encouragement to build local capability. Grow professionally via CPD and engage with the global engineering community, occasionally supporting international MAF programmes for up to 10 weeks per year.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer qualification (ICAO or equivalent)
- Completion of approved aircraft maintenance training
- At least 2 years' aircraft maintenance experience
- Strong understanding of Human Factors and aviation safety
- Knowledge of Health & Safety principles
- Solid reasoning skills and hands-on technical capability
- Strong experience in mentoring and developing others
- Ability to obtain appropriate work permits for the country the position is based in
Desired Qualifications
- National Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence
- Turbine or piston engine experience
- Type ratings or additional aircraft/engine training
