Job Summary
Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess skincare needs and goals, then perform aesthetic procedures including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, micro-needling, and laser administration. Administer medical-grade treatments as directed by dermatologists while educating patients on proper skincare routines. Maintain accurate patient records and strictly adhere to safety and infection control protocols. Requires current state licensure, 3-5 years of experience in a medical or dermatology setting, and proficiency with Candela/Aerolase lasers and VI-Peels. Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as an aesthetician
- Must be able to perform facials, microdermabrasion, micro-needling, Candela/Aerolase lasers, VI-Peels/chemical peels
- Previous experience working as a licensed aesthetician in a medical or dermatology setting of at least 3-5 years
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
- Esthetician License (Required)
