Licensed Administrator (LNHA)

Oversee daily facility operations to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations while delivering clinical services aligned with business plans. Serve as the liaison between the governing body and Center personnel, ensuring all practices adhere to the highest ethical standards and quality of care. Drive recruitment and retention of professional staff, participate in developing long-term organizational goals, and represent the Center in the community. Maintain positive relationships with all healthcare workers and visitors to sustain organizational performance.
