Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Prescott Village Nursing & Rehabilitation facility to meet State and Federal regulations while ensuring compliant delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans to meet clinical, performance, and financial goals. Serve as liaison between governing body and Center personnel; ensure practices and policies are carried out ethically and at the highest quality of care; recruit and retain quality, service-oriented personnel; represent the Center in the community; participate in development and implementation of long-term goals and directions of the company.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Minimum of two years’ experience in long term care or similar experience
