Job Summary
Provide chemical dependency assessments (DSM-5/ASAM) and conduct group, individual, and family therapy sessions for youth in chemical dependency programming. Maintain timely EMR-based documentation, participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning, deliver prevention services as directed, support PQI goals, and uphold YBGR mission/values. Must demonstrate trauma-informed care, cultural competence, strong collaboration with the treatment team, ongoing supervision, and readiness to obtain required certifications (First Aid/CPR, Violence Intervention Prevention) and a Montana LAC license. The role emphasizes professional representation, youth-focused mentorship, reliability, and ability to work in a climate-controlled indoor setting with occasional outdoor duties and driving between YBGR locations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Arts degree or certificate in alcohol and drug studies; addiction; or substance abuse with a minimum of 330 contact hours in addiction courses
- Montana LAC license
- 21 years old or older
- clean driving record within last three years
- First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
- Violence Intervention Prevention training (or ability to obtain)
- Criminal/Child Abuse background check as required by the State of Montana
