Process new and used vehicles for registration in the state of residence by preparing tax and title documents and submitting legal transfers to the Department of Motor Vehicles. Check application accuracy to ensure all information is complete, maintain schedule notes on unprocessed transactions, and keep title records for inventory vehicles. Follow up with banks, customers, auctions, and wholesalers on missing inventory titles and process registration renewals for company-owned fleets. Coordinate with customers, sales staff, and DMV to resolve title-related issues while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Stay abreast of title regulations by attending seminars and available training. Maintain confidentiality and meet strict state deadlines.
