Job Summary
Process vehicle license and title paperwork for retail, wholesale, and dealer trades, ensuring all documentation meets state regulations and deadlines. Maintain titles and Manufacturer Statements of Origin for inventory while entering new vehicle purchases into systems. Prepare title and tax documentation for sold vehicles and manage vehicle registrations. Requires Illinois and Indiana license and title experience, knowledge of state laws, and understanding of required deadlines. CVR experience and dealership background are preferred. Sutton Auto Team offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Required Qualifications
- License and Title experience in Illinois and Indiana
- Knowledge of Illinois state law requirements related to vehicle licensing, titling, and tax payments
- Understanding of required deadlines for processing license and title transactions
