Job Summary
Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LPN) on night shift at Exalt Health's inpatient rehabilitation setting, under RN supervision, delivering nursing care, health teaching, and patient counseling. Responsibilities include assisting with patient assessments, vital signs, medication administration (under RN supervision), ADLs and rehabilitation activities with therapists, patient education on self-care, documentation of care and observations, and maintaining a clean, safe care environment. Requires current Florida LPN license, BLS, and preferably ACLS; graduates of accredited LVN/LPN programs with strong clinical and communication skills and a patient-centered, collaborative approach.
Required Qualifications

- Licenses or Certifications
- Current, unencumbered license to practice vocational nursing in the state where currently practicing.
- Current BLS via the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
- Current ACLS certification via the American Heart Association or American Red Cross a plus.
- Education, Training, and Experience
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional vocational nursing.
- Strong clinical skills in basic patient care, medication administration (under RN supervision), and vital signs monitoring.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Understanding of rehabilitation principles and a passion for helping patients regain their independence.
Desired Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Florida
