Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, focusing fully on tracheostomy and ventilator management under registered nurse oversight. Maintain clear plans of care while adhering to CDC safety guidelines and utilizing provided PPE. Support patient and family relationships with consistent, focused attention in a stable home health environment. This role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and a preceptor program for ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
